OLEIFICIO RF SRL, based in Turin - Italy, is the brainchild of Ruata Fulvio, an entrepreneur and farmer in the sector since childhood, who set up an oil mill with his family. It has been operating for 3 generations and today with the 4th generation in the olive oil sector, dealing with the entire range from extra virgin olive oils to seed oils and beyond, with Organic and from the Italian chain.
The products are identified by the brand name AMBRAOIL, the symbol of the yellow-green gold of our native land that makes us proud of the quality of our fine oils. The company specialises in Italy and the world in supplying food producers, processing companies, user industries, large-scale distribution and wholesalers (also GDO and HO.RE.CA.) as well as the private public of our beloved land and planet.
Among the strengths is certainly the corporate philosophy undertaken, namely that of select and propose only quality oils with full respect for the environment, thanks to an attentive staff with many years of experience in the field of vegetable oils, and thanks to new and innovative, state-of-the-art plants and storage facilities for careful control over the product and its stages. We also use nitrogen to maintain the chemical-physical and organoleptic quality characteristics of the oils, offering a high standard that improves and continues to improve over time.
With a intelligent production we control consumption in processes and at every step we want to respect the environment by eliminating waste, seeking an awareness and attention to this issue that we can also transmit beyond our internal workings, in our everyday life, to our land about what we can do. Also thanks to our own means we limit dispersion and optimise logistics by offering a complete service, thus being able to keep the entire supply chain under control.
Oleificio RF S.R.L. invests in the quality of its oils with careful quality control, thanks to the new in-house testing laboratory continually updating and researching the most modern development and techniques in use, being able to verify the product and certify it by testing its quality from an organoleptic and chemical-physical point of view, fully complying with HACCP and safety principles.

Mr. Fulvio Ruata was born in Turin on 23 May 1959. He followed in his family's footsteps from a young age: between horses and oil trading, already with his paternal grandfather Pasquale. He dedicates all his commitment, passion and experience to the selection and trade of quality olive oil, at first in domestic markets, home sales and step by step interfaces with user markets, food producers and even public bodies.
It then broadened its horizons towards new and more stimulating markets such as industries, distribution, wholesalers and towards foreign markets that in those years began to open their doors to MADE IN ITALY quality. The search for the best varieties to meet the customer's needs, selecting only the best among olives, batches and samples, is the basis of OLEIFICIO RF's philosophy, always keeping quality, sustainability and the economic aspect in the foreground.
After running the family oil mill for decades, he chose to create an oil mill for his children. We arrive at the present day, 2022, where Mr Fulvio Ruata decides to take on a new challenge, as he has done throughout his life of new stimuli, boasting an entire career of experience dedicated to the sector, in the supply chain and in the service of realities and customers, he chooses to open his own oil mill, with his family including his children who work in the same company to maintain this FUTURE project.
